The Alexandria Future Club won the 7-a-side CP Football Championship for the year 2021-2022, in the tournament held by the Egyptian Federation for Sports for Players with Cerebral Palsy, with Para Football Partnership Coordinator, Fathi Abou El Gadaiel invited to attend as a special guest.

While the Sevens team came in second place, Al-Masry Al-Qaheri took the third place, and the Erada team came in the last place with Osim.

The Para Football representative commented on the great growth and development of Para Football at a global level in terms of organisation, participation and the number of teams, which is also clear in Egypt.

"The development in Egypt is fantastic to see and even ahead of many European countries. The teams in this competition showed tremendous effort and determination.

In conclusion, I see great and unprecedented development and interest from Egypt in terms of support for sports for people with disabilities, especially for football. We have seen that with the amputee football team, and now I see football for people with cerebral palsy on the right track."
