In just over a month and a half, the final of the European Amputee Football Championship Krakow 2021 will be played. The most important game of this championship will be held on Sunday, September 19th, at the Cracovia stadium (Józefa Kałuży Street). In the same place, a week earlier (September 12th), the opening match will be played.

Three Krakow arenas will host the teams that will come to Wawel not only for valuable international experience, but most of all for the medals of the European Championship. The main matches of the tournament: the opening match, semi-finals, the match for 3rd place and the final – will be played at the Cracovia stadium, two group matches with the participation of the Polish national team and one quarter-final match will be held at the Prądniczanka stadium (Baboli 5 Street), while all the other games will be played at Garbarnia facilities (Rydlówka Street)

“Football fans, but also the inhabitants of Krakow, are waiting for a very interesting and exciting Championship” – says Mateusz Widłak, president of Polish Amputee Football Association. “It is getting closer to the beginning of the Tournament, therefore all organizational issues are entering a decisive phase. We have a great cooperation with Krakow, the Host City of this EURO, and we are sure that the Tournament will be a great success, not only in terms of sports, but also organization. In the near future, we will present a detailed schedule of all Championship matches, as well as information of tickets for individual matches. However, we can already announce that the entry to all matches will be free” – adds president Widłak. 

The European Amputee Football Championship will be held on September 12-19 at three Krakow stadiums: Cracovia, Garbarnia and Prądniczanka. Poles will fight against Ukraine, Spain and Israel for promotion to the knockout stage. The EURO ambassador is Robert Lewandowski. Entry to all matches of the Championship will be FREE, and special tickets will be available on the match day directly at the stadiums. The organizers will provide more information on the exact schedule of individual meetings and additional details on the distribution of free tickets soon.
